What does your diet look like in a typical day? My husband is 6'2 and fairly skinny and that is exactly his goal...to put on muscle weight. You look amazing.

I'm 5'9". At my highest 287 I was wearing a 22/24. At 240 I'm wearing a loose 18. My goal is 175 which is what I was in high school and I wore a 12 or 14 very comfortably but I was only 5'6". I'm hoping my height no will allow me to be a size 10 at that same weight when I get there but honestly anything under what I am now…

I'm over 100 days.

This is absolute TRUTH!

WOOHOO! Looking great! Keep it up :D

Another one I have to add because this just happened. I can wrap my arms around my husband and our stomachs are flat against each other. It's such a weird feeling to be able to hug him properly and fit nicely right up against him. He's lost 25 pounds and I've lost almost 50 so that is a lot of tummy gone that used to be…

Awwww! That is my goal too. My husband is 5 inches taller than me and very lean and I've always weighed more than him our entire marriage (13 years). I am finally going to be lighter than him in a couple of months so I told him on the day I get to my goal weight I want him to carry me up the stairs <3

THIS! Yes!!! I am 25 pounds away from my number and I seriously can NOT WAIT until the scale matches mine! Woot!
-
Congratulations on starting a new session! What do you think so far? And what state are you in?
-
Every morning I have steel cut oatmeal with a 1/2 banana and unsweetened almond milk with eggs on the side and black coffee. Delish!
-
That is my goal by the end of the year!

This TOTALLY made my day! Thank you for the incredibly well written blog post. I could picture the whole thing and it made me cry for you. To see you now so healthy and whole is absolutely amazing. SO excited for you! :D

I don't hear my body "clapping" when I run up the stairs anymore! :#

That's my goal! I have 44 pounds to go to get there! Congratulations!!!!!!!!

I prep some foods for a few days in advance. I always make enough quinoa for 3 days. After that it starts to go funky/moldy in my experience. Chicken breasts taste funky by day 3 so I try to only cook 1-2 breasts at a time and then cut them up. I bake yams in advance and those last about 5-6 days before they get kind of…

You MUST have a food scale if you want to lose weight consistently. 3oz of chicken vs 4oz will screw up your calories and protein to carb ratios for example. I have an old WW scale someone gave me a few years ago that works extremely well. As long as it weighs in ounces and grams you are good to go.

Absolutely amazing! Thank you for sharing. Your story is inspiring and so encouraging. Your pictures tell the story. You must feel like a whole new man!

I followed FXB's program which is eating 6x a day, 6 days a week and I worked out 6 days a week (3 days of kickboxing and 3 days of strength training). My meals were small around 300 calories on average 6x a day and the food was super clean. I ate single ingredient foods like turkey, chicken, egg whites, whole eggs,…

For 10 weeks I ate clean unprocessed foods with single ingredients. Example: chicken, turkey, eggs or egg whites, quinoa, baked yams, spinach, carrots, oatmeal, etc. I ate 6 times a day (about 1800-2000 cals), 6 days a week and had 1 fun day on Sundays. I worked out 6 days a week and took Sundays off. Monday, Wednesday and…

I feel better than I can remember in my adult life. During the holidays I only gained 3 pounds back so I'm encouraged by the changes it truly made in my health. I start phase 2 today and my goal is another 50 pounds. Here is the website: http://www.extremebodyshaping.com/

HOLY WOW! You are an absolute inspiration!!!!!!!!!

Let me clarify: On my knees. That's how I did them on day 1 week 1 and then again on week 5 testing so I had to finish up with them today on week 10 testing. On my toes I can do about 25 in a minute. Is that better?

Excellent work! You definitely will inspire lots of people :D

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manitou_Incline Doing that this past Friday (12/12) for the first time since I broke my ankle coming off that back in May 2013. It was a HUGE victory and yes I teared up when I reached the top step. It's nice to be back in shape again. I had gained 35 pounds after my injury and just recently lost all…

Thank you for the article link! At least I know it's possible and I'm not totally crazy ;) I appreciate that.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate your kind words and friendliness :) I have no plans to return to my regular eating patterns from before this started. I know all too well what will happen if I do that. I weigh and measure everything that goes in my my mouth and have now for the past 10 weeks, 6 meals a day. It's a…
