We are in Colorado at 9000 feet and we already are having a wild fire threat because we've had a foot of snow all winter. It's the driest season it's been in years. It's scary.

It depends on what you are eating and how much. I eat 6 small meals per day and my last one is scheduled for 9 or 9:30pm each night. I drink a green spinach protein smoothie as my last meal so even though it fills my stomach it digests beautifully and doesn't affect my sleep cycle. That's what I mean by it depends :)

All of this! But especially the last one! At my absolute highest weight I was a 22/24 and it took a good 20 pounds to get into a size 20 and another 15 pounds to get into an 18 and now I'm on the verge of getting into a 16 and that took 15 pounds to get here and I can NOT wait to get into a 14 again!
