35 pounds gone in 2 months
I still have a ways to go but I feel like a different person after just 35 pounds gone. The pictures on the left were taken October 3rd, 2014 and the pictures on the right were taken today. I was so embarrassed the day those before pictures were taken so you all are the first to ever see them. <3

41 pounds gone in 10 weeks!
YES I'M SHOUTING! 41 pounds gone. 61 pushups in a minute, 5% body fat gone, 11 inches off my waist alone (almost 24 inches total!), 3 minutes off my mile run. All this in 10 weeks! I just got home from my FXB (Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping) orientation. I ran a mile (1st time running since I broke my ankle last year so it was a big deal) and got tested on how many push-ups and sit-ups I could do in a minute. Humbling and motivating to be sure. I broke my ankle coming off the incline in Manitou Springs, CO on May 13th this year. I broke my fibula clean in 2 and was in a cast for 2 months non weight bearing, then 2 months of intense PT and now I'm working with a personal trainer 2x a week and we are into week 6. How many net calories do you eat a day?
My personal trainer said to take my body weight and multiply it by 10. Well being over 200 lbs at the moment I am eating right at 2000 net calories.
