FXB 10 weeks. Anyone else?

I just got home from my FXB (Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping) orientation. I ran a mile (1st time running since I broke my ankle last year so it was a big deal) and got tested on how many push-ups and sit-ups I could do in a minute. Humbling and motivating to be sure. Week 1, Day 1 starts Monday and I'm wondering if anyone is going through the program right now. I'd love to cheer you on!
I have to just love on MFP for a sec. I'm so impressed with how customizable the food diary and goals are. We need to log 6 meals a day with an exact number of carbs and protein per meal and MFP can do it. I feel like having the right tools in place can make or break success so I'm doing a happy dance.

Hi--I also just started Oct 11th. I've always been fairly active but have lacked motivation in the past couple of years. FXB week 3--I'm loving it!! I'm really good about entering all of my food in MFP and it keeps me motivated. I love the KB and the Wts. Haven't missed a day yet!
