I wear a 36DDD, and it took a long time for me to figure out how to get support, without feeling suffocated. I wear a regular bra with 3 sports bras and a tank top with a built in shelf bra. The trick was finding bras that don't feel too tight when wearing more than 1.

They sell them at most major grocery stores now -- and they're delicious!!! Just ignore the horrible smell and rinse/dry them before using! The smell will definitely throw you off at first, but it doesn't reflect the taste at all!

Maybe I'm crazy, but I don't think women should look muscular. I think being "soft" and curvy is much sexier than having such defined muscle mass. I don't think it looks natural. But I'm also not at all attracted to "bulky" men... anything more than slight muscle definition looks gross to me.

Honestly, I think you should just consult with a doctor. The first few months I was losing weight, I was eating only 600 calories a day, and burning more than that. Now, I eat 1200 and burn 700+ a day, and I'm thinking of cutting my calories again.

I think the super low calorie diets only work if you're EXTREMELY overweight. You seem to be of average weight, so your body doesn't have the fat reserves to survive off of. That's how I lost my first 25lbs.. in a little under 3 weeks. Then I plateaued for months, and gained 10lbs back when I started eating "normally" again. I still stay around 1000 calories a day now, but I'm losing more consistently.
