I feel the same way!! I eat my exercise calories if I'm really hungry, but I'm not going to force myself to eat them back everyday if I'm not hungry.

Please find an answer!!!!! I'm down to a 33" inch waist (from 44") but that one lower ab area just won't go away!!

When I started eating more healthy foods, I found it was really hard to even reach 1200 calories!!

When I hit a big plateau that lasted for WEEKS, I completely stopped my exercise and diet for one week. I ate whatever I wanted and didn't work out. When I started my regularly routine back up a week later, the steady weight loss started again. I do this about once every 2-3 months to re-jump start my weight loss.

My goal is the highest "healthy" BMI weight for my height. I also have a lot of "mini goals" so that I am constantly meeting goals to stay motivated.

I don't count it. I know you burn calories doing it, but I feel like it's the same as counting your walk from the house to the car.

The Herbalife program has dangerous amounts of lead in it. I'm sure just the protein drinks alone are fine, but the whole program together is really unsafe.

I drink Muscle Milk Light. It's only 100 Calories, NO sugar, 15g of Protein. There is only 1g of Fiber, but you can add a flavorless powder or liquid fiber supplement to it.

I dropped my first 25lbs in 3 weeks... the other 25lbs took 11 months (okay, so I slipped up a lot and only dieted/exercised on and off for those 11 months).

My goal is the highest weight in the "healthy" BMI range. I have a very large chest and the definition of an hour glass figure. I've never (not since maybe 6th grade) weighed under 150, so for now my goal is 136.

I like it right in between -- and usually just boil the water and then pour it over the oatmeal until it's the consistency I like.

It's all sugar!! I'd recommend using sugar-free Protein Powder and making your own shakes. I drink Muscle Milk Light. You can buy a 4-pack for around $6.50, they have no sugar and they're only 100 calories. I drink them after my work outs when I'm STARVING but don't want to waste calories on a big protein packed meal.

That's all I eat too -- and I burn at least 700 doing cardio everyday. In my opinion, if you feel full and satisfied, you shouldn't force yourself to eat 1200 calories. If you're full, your body is telling you to stop eating.

haha yeah, I was actually hoping that with losing weight, they'd get a little smaller... but not at all!!! The band size has gone down, but cup size stayed the same!! It's actually making it A LOT harder to find bras!

You need to do it!!!! Gum disease and cavities, when left untreated, can lead to HEART DISEASE!!! People don't even realize the connection between the two, but you could potentially be killing yourself if you don't get your teeth checked out!!

Wow!!! Thanks so much everyone!!!!! I still have my super self conscious days, but you've all made me feel great!! I've still got a ways to go before I hit my "healthy BMI" weight, but I'm on the right track and all the support will definitely help me keep going! I am 5'2". I chose my goal weight based on the BMI chart.
