I agree....and the ONE week I decided before to eat back the calories, I started gaining it back, so I do not eat them back, and as long as I don't I lose.

Potassium? Something Ive heard is that if you don't get enough, it will make your muscles hurt. just throwing this out there, I don't know how accurate it is.

I have never been so lucky as to have "big boobs" but she is right, I think it would be better to wear something that accenuates your small waist.....big loose tops--NO WAY, makes it look like you may have a big belly under there too.....:noway:

I am! My weight loss has climbed to 11 lbs this week and I definitely feel a difference and I am lovin it! I'm about to go do my workout now and push probably a lil harder than I have been, just cuz I like the feeling after I am done, like I accomplished something good. Oh yeah, i could get used to this! :glasses:

Ditto!!! I tried eatong my exercise calories back one week cause I heard so much about it, and that week I gained 2 lbs!! I am pretty overweight, so with good exercise theres really no reason for me not to lose....I was eating too much, it was like I wasn't exercising at all...:ohwell:
