Strength first then cardio as this will help you burn more calories. Also your muscles won't be tired and this helps with good form while lifting!! You can start with 10 min cardio for warm up before lifting though!!

I eat a fruit usually an apple, I think you can have a whole wheat toast or oatmeal with a banana or fruit smoothie with Greek yogurt!!

I've been logging my food the night before or early in the morning.. It really helps not to go over your calories and you get very close to your Macros!! It is my first day doing Stronglifts 5X5 and I'm really enjoying it workout A Squats 5X5 23 lbs Bench 5X5 23 lbs Barbell row 5X5 23 lbs I'm feeling the weight is not challenging so I'm going to increase it.

Good Morning :) I'm on Atkins and I drink one flavored coffee in the morning... I like french vanilla and I don't think it has much carb like cappuccino !! Enjoy your coffee with cream and butter ;)

For Day 21, - My plan is to stay below calorie limit and below 25g carb. - Exercise for 30 min at least, I see better results with workouts. Hope you all have a great day!!

Thank you very much :) I know that artificial sweeteners are restricted in LCHF diets along with caffeine but I just can't cut out carbs and coffee at the same time!! Too much for me to take so I'm limiting it to morning coffee and I try to drink some herbal teas while watching carb contents for sure !!

Good morning everybody! It is Friday _ I hope you are well prepared for a healthy weekend. Day 18 and 2 days to go till the second weigh in and I'm hoping to see a good result. My goals are the same as yesterday -Staying below 25g net carb. -Drinking more water.

Day 16 went very well for me. For Day 17 I'll have same goals: - Stay below 25 g net carb although I had more salad as I was hungry but I'm hoping I didn't exceed my carb limits. - Drink more than a gallon of water. I hope everyone is doing okay. Stay motivated!!

what are your macros? I set mine to 5%c, 25%p, 70%f I'm not exceeding 25 g net carb. you have to subtract fibers from total carb to get the net carb. Also you should consume high fat and only moderate protein as it is said itcan be broken into glucose and the low carb would be pointless!! I hope this help.
