  • Squat is one of the best body weight workout. I actually just use my body weight or on the BOSU ball. I love it because it condition my legs pretty good. Just do them. 20 squats rest 30 seconds and do 2 more 20 rep. You can do it with weights if you want. Good Luck!:smile:
