Any HONEST feedback would be appreciated! What is a reasonable amount of time to get these and to six pack status?

You look fine to me, definitely not fat. Just eat a little less, exercise a little more, and give yourself some time.

Oh girl, you're curvy & cute.
You could get more definition if you wanted. As for me, post babies made for 4 pack abs at best. Lol. I'd like to see those again, but if not, I'm still cool with it.

Be patient. It takes time and it looks like you are making progress. Just keep at it and you'll get there
  • Thank you...Curvey and cute brought a smile to my face. Good for you! I am trying to love my curves until I manage to get rid of them but I really am hoping they will just melt away fast!

It's taken me 5 years to get a six pack. I probably could've done it in less time if I didn't have a life outside of working out and cooking. You look fine and if you're determined enough you can do a six pack. Don't let anyone tell you that you shouldn't have one. If you want it keep on working towards it.

If you want HONEST feedback join Eat, Train, Progress and answer these questions first:

Difficult to determine with certainty ~ you do not provide stats and your profile pic is one with a high waisted pair of jeans on a woman with a roundish belly ... "Provide your stats (height/weight/age/bodyfat% if you know it/etc)"

    Good luck!
