I have tried all the diets out there and have to say that none have been sustainable for me. I have done so much research into nutrition and diet and did manage to loose a lot of weight doing the Atkins diet but I found it unsustainable as a lifetime choice. then I stumbled across the Paleo way of eating, Im not going to…

My eating habits are really erratic and I am trying to structure my time so I eat my meals at a set time. It hasn't been easy but I have to keep on…

Note to vytamind, Thank god. Someone who knows the facts, most people are so uninformed about atkins its unreal yet they still comment on it or do it wrong. If people are regaining weight after stopping the Atkins then that's the problem, They should realise if they did it right that you need to find you own carb tolerance…

Hi Thanks for the message, The Atkins diet has changed and it is now for me going to be a way of life rather than a diet, I dont like pasta, bread, and wont miss potatoes really. I am more interested in eating Non processed foods and going back to the Cave man eating if you like- meat, veg and dairy when possible. Real…

No I dont expect to eat this for the rest of my life that is just stupid, its a kick start to a diet that should be followed by a healthy eating plan and is not a life plan

Their is a set menu for the three days Sounds like an odd combination but it has been proven to work. It was suggested that it was designed for people whom were going to have surgery and needed to loose weight fast and if followed for the three days a week over four weeks or so they would see dramatic weight loss and yet…

I used them for breakfast if I was short of time before going to work and lunch time at work as short of time. Yes its a good idea to work out first then have one too if your not eating a meal. For me its a time thing and not skipping meals is very important. I joined MFP months ago and lost weight really fast using this…

I do use protein shakes to, and yes your right It's better to get in the food balance. Protein shakes are recommended for the short term ie a few weeks as a kick start and Not the long term. I did use them a lot in the first couple of months as breakfast and lunch and a balanced meal in the evening and this did work. Now I…

You can eat more if your daily cals allow you to. I also have it for lunch if I am going to have a meal out or takeaway in the evening so that I dont exceed my limit, it stops me from feeling hungry as other low cal meals can leave you unsatisfied.
-
I Agree with the others I try an avoid bread as much as possible. For breakfast I have weetabix with semi skimmed milk (NO Sugar) it has a slow release of energy which is good and is low in sugar and fat. I find it keeps me from getting hungry. Two weetabix and semi skimmed milk is about 193 cals.
-
I agree, need to see the diary and details, I nearly always dont always eat calories back but I do have good healthy meals mostly, listen to your body, If your not hungry-dont eat just because it says you can eat more,

If you went in naked in the UK you would be thrown out or arrested lol

Most sauna or steam rooms are mixed sex rooms so most people wear swim ware. take a towel to lay on in the sauna, or mop sweat away,
-
The sauna is a dryer heat than a steam room, I find that a steam room cleanses your skin better and if you have dry skin a sauna may irritate it. As for weight loss I don't think theirs much difference between the two, your mainly loosing water through sweating.

I have two weetabix with skimmed milk its less than 200 cal I like it hot. If I am at work during breakfast (am a chef) I grap a slim fast rather than missing meal
