I am in the same boat -- though I know this thread is a bit older. I am torn between the sleeve and bypass. Did you decide on which one @mari_moulin ?

I've done both. When raw, eat it in salad, add crunch to tuna, etc. When cooked, I usually cook it up like stir fry and add chicken. Yum!

I'm 29 and I'm GOING to lose 75lbs :) Looking for people to help keep me motivated. I'm down 12lbs so far. I'm focused on clean eating (high protein, controlled carbs) and doing yoga. I try to get in at least 20 minutes everyday and do 3 days of 45 minutes.
