I would just like to let everyone know that I WORE MY BIKINI today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to put extra sunscreen on my tummy (hasn't seen the sun in a while!!) But, I felt GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! :happy: MAJOR NSV!!!!!!!!!! WOOT WOOT!!!

Thanks Everyone!!!!!!!!!!! I decided to buy one!!!!!!!!!! I didn't get that one, but opted for a black one because it had a matching tankini top (incase I change my mind!!) BUT I still bought one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :happy:

I just tell our server not to bring them out. If they are not on the table....no temptation to eat them!!! (if I am with a group of friends this does not go over so well....then it is up to me and my will power!!! lol)

haha...ok...I might have to go back and buy it...just cause I buy it doesn't mean I necessarily have to wear it just yet right? I just don't think my body is toned enough yet. Still a little jiggly!! I'll get there!!! :smile:

I just had blueberry greek yogurt with 1/4 cup of Special K protein mixed in....LOADED with protein. Does have some carbs...but I feel that the protein outweighs the carbs. Good stuff!!

i bought a digital one because I like being able to read to the next decimal place. I also think they are easier to read than the needle. I too get discouraged because my scale at home says one thing and the one at the doctor's says another. I just say go by the same scale as far as how many pounds you're losing. And weigh…

I also like Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal...the variety pack comes with banana bread, cinnamon, and maple and brown sugar. It is really good and is also filling

Just tried Kashi Go Lean Crunch, the Almond Flax one. I had it with Reduced Fat Vanilla Soymilk. It was very good and really filling!

I just made Tilapia for the first time last week and it was delicious!! I kept it simple....olive oil, salt, cracked pepper, and fresh lemon juice and then I grilled it. I know it is nothing that probably speaks "Pizazz" but sometimes simple tastes amazing!

My trainer told me to drink a serving size of low fat chocolate milk after the workout. I have also heard this from several others too!:smile:

Panera has a lot of healthy options I think. And all of the food I have had their is very filling. It is fast...but no drive thru window. The nice thing is that all of their cals are posted right next to the product...super convenient!

I try to shoot for around 1300. I am 5'6 and I weight 160 pounds. But on the days that I do work out I do not eat my calories back...so that may be too little?

Hmm...I have not been measuring myself...I am not sure I know how lol. Maybe I can find out and try that. When I work out with the trainer we do a lot of strength training so maybe I am building muscle?

I actually am not eating back my workout calories...and every time I don't do that the little note comes up saying I am not eating enough calories. I should eat them back?
