    Ezekiel bread
    Oatmeal
    Whole grain tortillas
    Quinoa
    Couscous

I'll even toss a handful of oatmeal in the blender when I'm making a smoothie. I don't care if it looks like whole grains when I'm consuming it, as long as I know the whole grains are in there ;)

What kind of oatmeal do you buy/how do you prepare it? Thanks!

I love steel cut oats in the morning. I make a big batch on Sunday to reheat during the week.

For smoothies, I use rolled oats, but for just eating oatmeal as a meal, I buy steel cut. OMG so good, so much better than rolled oats.

Steel cut oats for breakfast is a great way. Also substitute millet, barley or qunioa for that brown rice.
