Maybe I will try that. Right now, I get up at 5AM and am at the gym around 6:15. I usually work out for a good 45 minutes/hour doing mainly cardio. Then, I am working all day and do not get home until 6ish. Then it's dinner snack :neutral_face:

I am in! Please friend me for motivation/support. I need to lose 10 pounds (recently gained it after losing it) and need some motivation and encouragement. I do great during the morning and all day...then get home from work and I just want to eat everything!

I was doing really well with weight loss and I am just trying to lose the 8lbs I have gained in the past few months while also focusing on strength training. I am also trying to get "the most bang for my buck" at the gym when it comes to time since I have a hectic schedule.

Love cottage cheese! It is so versatile! I love mixing it with stuff depending on what I'm in the mood for...my go-tos are usual: salsa, sugar free pudding mix (so good!...tastes like cheesecake!), fruit, cinnamon with sugar (or splenda), parmesan cheese

I went from 180 to 128....right now I'm at 137....would like to lose a few more pounds that I gained, but goal is around 130. I have found it to be a challenge to maintain! Feel free to add me!

if this helps....my lunch workouts consist of 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and mild strength training (usually abs and arms)

Biked 15 miles last night! It took about 2 hours....and my legs are KILLING me this morning...but it brings my weekly total up to 50 miles! Only 16 more weeks left!
