Weekend Slumps

How do you stay on track during the weekends? I find it is so much easier to maintain my goals during the week due to more structure.
What do you use to motivate yourself?
What types of exercises do you do on the weekends? I only go to the gym during the week since it is at my work.
Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

I have an awful tendency to binge on the weekends, but it helps if I structure my weekends like I do my weeks and keep myself busy getting things done.0

I suck at weekends too. My only suggestions are: plan to fail on the weekend by saving calories during the week or don't do fun things just focus on going to the gym and going to sleep early.0

I totally agree with you, weekends are a huge challenge for me also. It seems like we're always involved in something social and it's centered around food. Admittedly I am dreading the fondue dinner my friends are preparing on Satuday night and I hate being that way!
I find meal planning and pre-logging help a lot; luckily I have more time and can also get in some additional exercise. We try to be active outside, biking to the playground with our daughter, walking, etc. But really staying faithful to my diary is the only way I can avoid pitfalls. I've found that alloting a few extra hundred calories on Saturday and Sunday helps keep me from feeling too restricted.0 -
