I just made this (made 12) so they were 53 calories a piece. I added some cinnamon and MY GOOD LORD they were amazing!!!!! Thank you so much for this recipe!!! A keeper for sure!

I have heard of PB2 but have not tried it. I always just get the all natural peanut butter (peanuts is the only ingredient) from my local co-op store. It is made right there so it is fresh. Just ate spaghetti squash for dinner (my first time eating it!) I made it with EVOO, Italian seasoning, fresh basil, and parmesan cheese....let's just say it took everything I had not to eat the whole 2lb squash I roasted.....SOO DELICIOUS!!!! I will absolutely be eating this again and frequently!!
