So, I am always STARVING when I get home from work around 4:00/4:30. I workout on my lunch break (around 1PM) then I eat my lunch and go back to work until 4PM...not sure if working out at this time has anything to do with it?
Anyone else have this mid-day issue?? Any suggestions? Thanks!!

I don't know if i'm much help but i do basic brisk walking on my lunch and then have a pb & j sandwich to get protein and fill me up. You are doing awesome so just remember with how hard you work that fat off, you have to refuel your body with good stuff0

if this helps....my lunch workouts consist of 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and mild strength training (usually abs and arms)0 -
Eat somthing that is high volume low calorie, like vegetables. It's ok to have a 4pm snack as long as you are not blowing your calories for the day.
EDIT: If you think about it, most people eat breakfast at like 8 and lunch at noon and then dont have dinner till 6. From breakfast to lunch is 4 hours and from lunch to dinner is 6 hours, so it makes sense you would get hungry around 4.0 -
How about adding in a healthy snack for when you get off work? Maybe keep a snack-sized bag of raw almonds in the car? I have found that to be helpful. Another idea would be to eat more filling foods at lunchtime.0

Do you eat a small snack before you work out? I can't work out unless I've eaten a protein bar or some fruit or something beforehand. And then you can still eat your lunch after. That might change things up a little. Also, have some baby carrots/almond/a banana to munch on around 4! It's totally okay to have a snack. Many people people breakfast, then midday snack, then lunch, then afternoon snack, then dinner. Totally normal0
