Fruits are higher in calories but sooo good for you! Personally, I like raisins... a box is over 100 calories! In fact, that was my "oops I'm still under my goal, I need to eat more" snack tonight.

When I started 1200 per day was pretty awful.... now that I've been doing that for over a month, its almost hard some days to get up to 1200 especially when I exercise! Hang in there :)

I put salsa on my salads as a very low calorie dressing and people definitely give me strange looks.... "We do have ranch, if you want that!" uhh no thanks! I love my salsa!

Today would be that I was able to eat REALLY well today, lots of fruit and veggies and even my husband LOVED the black bean burgers I made! Super delicious!

Great job! I always set my incline on the treadmill to at least 1.0 to mimic real walking. I've really been enjoying the calorie burn preset workouts and setting the max incline at like 10. Hard workout, but feels great! Less knee impact!

Joining! I'm a teacher as well and plan on being close to my FINAL goal weight by the time school is out (6/3) The Biggest Loser Competition ends the last week of April and I'll need another accountability after that!

Great job! I know I'll be sore tomorrow after my week off of working out! It felt so good though to get back in the gym! (I think I've missed it!!)

Got it!! Thanks :) Mine today would be that after a week of no calorie counting and no gym exercising (spring break!), I went back to the gym and was able to do my normal workout... I was worried it would be much harder.

I completed the C25K about a year ago! GREAT program!!! Once I join a gym again and have a running track, I might start it up again! Good luck to everyone!

Great way to think of it all! My goal is 120 or 125, depending on how I feel when I get to that zone... I'm down about 15 pounds from 160 and I really have been trying to stay in the same mindset as you have.
