Either cauliflower crust pizza where you make a homemade base from cauliflower but its time consuming.. If your I'm a hurry then warburtons square wraps or wholemeal circle pittas are all only between 120-180 calories and work perfect to be topped with whatever you want x

I've been thinking this lots today too.. I can't lose any more weight and I've worked really hard in the gym but still don't have the abdominal area I want :( except now I don't have the body and I can't have any chocolate at least before I could have treats haha

I've only been doing weights properly for about 2 months but I'm terrified I'm going to suddenly become huge haha it doesn't seem real that cardio is doing more damage than good. I'm just impatient. My arms, legs and chest are all starting to look really toned but the belly won't shift!
