I've always worked out and always eaten relatively well. I've never wanted to get big so whenever I've put on some weight I've just dieted to lose it again. I never had an amazing body though through diet and exercise I managed to stay 'skinny' but my tummy wasnt flat and sculpted my legs weren't shaped I had no bum etc…

How do I lose fat without losing weight
Everybody keeps telling me that to get a more defined abdominal area I need to lower my body fat and that I need a calorie deficit to do this but I don't really want to lose any more weight. I'm skinny but still seem to have a bloated belly look when undressed. Any tips appreciated

Oh dear I'm starving.. What's wrong?
Okay I'm a good dieter I'm a good healthy eater I make good choices.. Problem? All of a sudden something's changed I'm not craving chocolate or sugar but I'm going over my calories and I'm still hungry what's going on?

Cheat days
A few things.. First of all how much is too much? How many extra calories over is way more than a cheat? Second of all do you log on cheat days or do you just eat what you want?

Today.. 8:00am - prawn omelette 10:00am - home ab workout 10:30am - protein shake 12:00pm - cheese strips and some natural yoghurt 2:30pm - pack of Bernard Matthews turkey 4:00pm - gym - social cardio (walking on the treadmill and steppers) and a weighted leg routine 5:00pm - lettuce wraps with turkey, salsa, guacamole…
