I've always worked out and always eaten relatively well. I've never wanted to get big so whenever I've put on some weight I've just dieted to lose it again. I never had an amazing body though through diet and exercise I managed to stay 'skinny' but my tummy wasnt flat and sculpted my legs weren't shaped I had no bum etc etc.... After lots of very helpful advice on here I've changed things a bit. I started lifting heavy and working out a lot. And I ate more ... Something that was hard to get my head around but I listened and tried it.. Fast forward a month to results day and I've put on a kg but lost 2% bodyfat. I can't believe it.
My success is the 2% bodyfat drop but more so the physiological success.. I've learnt that scales aren't always that important and calories are my friend!
