  • When water or a small snack won't cut it I've been heading to the freezer and steaming 4-5 cups of veggies usually broccoli. Sometimes it just feels like nothing is going to fill that hunger and this has been a go to I've been using a week or so now and thus far has worked for me thankfully.
  • Usually 2-3, a banana, apple and usually some type of canned fruit in its own juices. Whats the saying? No one ever got fat eating too much fruit!
  • As someone who had a battle today.. with pizza no less this was perfect! Thank you
  • I see an entry called 'No Skin Plain' that has a 100g potato @ 93 calories.
  • I make all my work meals on Sunday, I usually make five sandwiches wrap them in saran wrap, throw a couple pickles in a baggie and weigh out my snack, this week it's low fat pringles so I have five of each and getting ready for work takes all of 30 seconds which means no excuses to hit the drive thru! This week it's…
  • I try to separate small changes a week at a time, if I've had a crap week I'll just skip a week of adding something new and do that week while still doing what I've already started. Some examples are Week 1 was just keep to my calorie guidelines without worrying about what foods they were but still trying to keep them…
  • Hopefully fit into the edible undies hubby bought for me that have been sitting in the drawer of my nightstand for years.
  • BITE IT OFF!!!!! Seriously though there would need to be some cousiling to find out the root of the problem and a lot of work to get over it. If it what a cybersex or phonesex type thing then I don't think I'd be able to ever get over that.
  • Amazing how simple it is when you think about it eh? All those thousands of pages and dollars spent on books and 'diet' foods over the years when a calculator was my real answer! I know as long as I stay on top of my calories, I'm trying to choose better clean and whole foods at the same time but if I screw up and eat…
  • Dream size is a 6-8 but I'll probably be most happy when I just have the ability to randomly pick any store and find something that fits.
  • I go over 200 or so calories a few times a week if I'm hungry and out of calories for the day. You can either go over a bit or tough it out the rest of the day and start over tomorrow. One day of going over doesn't mean crap in the overall big picture, think about how little it will mean if you spend the next six months…
  • Was unhappy with myself and the fact I hated to be in any pictures so missed out on a lot of memories I could look at in the future due to being unhappy.
  • I like to cube ham steak up and brown it a little in a pan, peel and slice an apple into thin slices and toss in with the ham and add 2-3tblsp of dijon mustard and a tblspn of brown sugar. Cook until apples are soft and eat,
  • When I realized even when getting out of the shower and standing in front of the mirror I didn't ever look at myself. I force myself to look in the mirror for a few seconds everyday to motivate me and keep doing it until I like what I see.
  • No matter what method you choose or what type of food you eat the most important thing is burning more than you take in. Sometimes I give in and eat the yummy food but stick to my calories no matter what. After a while I start realizing that dounut is yummy but not nearly as filling or health as a whole meal with the same…
  • 95% of the time it works for me, sometimes it will take something like a local brand that they must not have an give the kraft nutritional facts what are say .5gm more in fat or something but usually it works great. Much easier than having to manually enter everything yourself.
  • I believe you post your starting weight on the 29th and then each week so the 9th etc. That said I'm in, first challenge and I look forward to kicking it's butt!
  • I usually see a 2-3lb gain when auntie comes to down, I know it happens and it goes away when she leaves so I just mentally prepare to see it each month. As for cravings hubby bought a 10 pack of the snack sized snickers for me and if it's a craving I can't just walk away from or focus on something else he will go grab one…
  • I'm still drinking diet but trying to cut it totally out at some point, next weekend going to try and go to one a day. I don't think it gives me any cravings but in general I am trying to cut out as many products as I possibly can with ingredients I can't pronounce :) I was drinking 4-5 20oz regular sodas a day which was a…
