Tonight's Dinner - Ham??

I just put potatoes in the oven for baked potatoes (will top with Salsa and maybe greek yogurt...)

I have a ham steak but I'm not really sure what to do with it. ANy ideas?

    I like to cube ham steak up and brown it a little in a pan, peel and slice an apple into thin slices and toss in with the ham and add 2-3tblsp of dijon mustard and a tblspn of brown sugar. Cook until apples are soft and eat,
