Take Joseph's Lavashi bread and cut into squares then bake for 5-7 minutes with a little salt. The package comes with 4 "sheets" and each sheet makes about 16 large chips and are only 50 calories. I use the tofu noodles all the time. I love the Hungry Girl fettuccinne recipe! I usually add 3 oz of grilled chicken or shrimp(about 100 calories) and some frozen broccoli cuts to bulk it up. I love the fact that you were okay with taking is slow with getting results over the long term. Most diets I start with the thought that I will loose 25 lbs in the first month or two.
