I would use veggies but it doesn't go well with a caprese cheese dip. It's just mozza, basil and tomatoes. Any lower carb suggestions?

I like these pretzel sticks: http://www.snydersofhanover.com/products/pretzels/pretzel-sticks.html. I usually find half a serving which is 15 grams (~14 sticks) very filling --- comes in at 55 calories and 11.5g of carbohydrates. I can see these going very well with a caprese cheese dip.0

Pork rhinds.... when I did Atkins (years ago) I would use pork rhinds as a substitue for a lot of things that called for crackers or bread crumbs.0

Edited, I'm an idiot, and didn't see "lower carb" suggestions in your OP.
What about parmesan crisps? Just sprinkle some grated parm into lumps and bake it on parchment paper...comes out like crackers. Not sure if it would hold up to a dip, but they're tasty.0 -

Thanks. That sounds really good!0 -

Interesting. I'll have to try that!0 -
Take Joseph's Lavashi bread and cut into squares then bake for 5-7 minutes with a little salt. The package comes with 4 "sheets" and each sheet makes about 16 large chips and are only 50 calories. I use mine with guacamole or anytime I need some crunch.

This will probably sound bizarre but I actually cut cheese slices into small squares and microwave them for two minutes on parchment paper and they turn into perfect little cheese crackers! I do it with soy provolone all the time and they're pretty tasty0
