Juice! I like it but it isn't worth spending the calories on so it has just kind of phased out. Same with cereal! Haven't banned it, just can think of things I want to eat more and need to save cals for!

Thanks guys - these are all really good tips. I think I am going to try adding on 100 cals a day (I was eating 1600 so will try 1700 a day), and go from there. Hmm. I guess I don't see it as exercise as it has been part of my life for so many years - I just see it as part of the day! It is a tricky one, I am thinking of trying upping my cals by 100 to see whether I feel any better - the idea of that makes me very nervous though!

Hey - I think you will be okay. I tend to have a cheat meal a week, it helps me stay focussed! I don't go crazy but it is the one meal a week that I don't weight everything out and maybe have that garlic bread I wouldnt have had any other time!
