I know I didn't feel so guilty eating the whole bowl of it! To everyone else it may seem like I ate a lot of eggs at once, but I was busy all morning so I only had a string cheese so I had to make sure to get a good amount of protein in before I started to have the temptations of eating everything in sight.

Eating more protein will help you stay fuller longer, drinking water, and it could just be the adjustment of eating smaller portions and your body is adjusting to it. That happened where I work, which is a nationwide retail store, and our GM saw the lady do it, and he blatantly ignored her because of the way she was acting. Someone did eventually help her, but a few of them made it a point to tell her they didn't help her earlier because of the way she was acting.
