I weigh pretty much everyday... Often if you weigh everyday, you will fluctuate a bit, but don't sweat if you go up by a pound or so... I am told that your fat cells never go away once they are made... Often they will fill up with water when the fat has gone out of them and within 3 days the water will flush out of them.…

I just joined MFP today and need all the support I can get. I would love to be a part of this challenge! I weigh 215.6 lbs and my goal is to be 160lbs. Does anyone have any advise for me? I think this challenge will be a great way to start my weight loss program!
