Traveling. I travel a lot and when I'm exposed to so many new foods I'm like...WOW I want to try that!! Then I diet and diet and finally give in and binge. Also the pressure to stay thin I find to have the opposite effect on me. (Ex. People telling me to loose weight)

I know what you mean!! My entire life revolved around food. I would spend hours and hours doing research on food and diet, food was the highlight of my day and I all ever wanted to do was sit in front of the TV with FOOD. Grilled chicken breast and some steamed brocoli! but i have to have it spicy, so I always spice it up with some cayenne pepper and over course I have to have my green tea. ^^

Hmm... Increase your protein intake and replace bread with more veggies? Like, if you were to have a side of brown rice, have a side of spinach instead. Make your meals feel complete without bread

I am naturally very tiny, so even though I'm a little over 5'2" and 106 lbs, I still have quite a bit of belly fat, and I don't have any muscle tone. T.T so I've been doing a lot of strength training lately so I can work on that last 3 inches of belly fat and have that flat tummy I've always wanted. ^_^

Set a timer for 15 minutes, and push yourself to not eat cookies for 15 minutes. ^_^ Make yourself a cup of sweet tea, like a blueberry tea. Go out shopping or read a book to get your mind off of it. :smile:

I have the worst addiction to three 'deadly' dieter's foods: Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Cheese. :/ In small amounts they are fine... But when I have them I keep eating and eating until Im well over 2000 calories. :(
