I use Stevia. It is a natural sugar and it comes in flavors. I prefer vanilla.

This happens to me as well. I just work through it and over time my breathing returns to normal. It is almost like my lungs are getting in shape, too!

Try some Walden Farms dressings and/or sauces. They are zero everything. Don't get the ranch because it's disgusting. I use the sauces and dressings and LOTS of stuff.

I am doing a low carb diet (Atkins) as well. I don't have any fruit now as I am in Induction. I was on maintenance for a time and I had a smoothie for breakfast. In that smoothie I used 1 cup of fruit. Berries and melons are the best fruits to eat.

My goal this week is to log EVERYTHING and hit that stupid :devil: button at the bottom. I have been logging things, but sometimes forget to add dinner or my snack. I am going to be diligent this week and see what happens.

I am having a chef's salad from walmart (One of the small ones) and a diet Montana chicken boullion packet.

All good. I did the same thing. My only caution is to make sure you are getting all your minerals. I started losing my hair after I lost 40 pounds. I started taking trace minerals and fish oil and the loss stopped.

Still going strong. I was really tired this morning and my legs hurt from my gym workout on Tuesday but I pushed through it and made it.

I can understand your fear. I lost 80, gained it back, then lost 64 and I've gained 29 back which is why I started the lo carb thing again. Speaking strictly from personal experience, I usually gain the second week or lose ounces. Are you exercising? That might help.

Went back down to level 1 the last two days and I am feeling great. I've also been going to the gym after work. I am so glad that I started doing a little something in the mornings before work. It makes my whole day better. :laugh:
