Ooops, no! For dinner, through the day I eat other stuff. Like for breakfast I eat yogurt with walnuts and honey, for lunch grilled chicken with some vegetables and for dinner salad and soup in the between I would grab some fruit, like apple or banana... granola bar and a coffee at leat two cups! And calories do add up…

Do you use scale to weight your food, is it correct, do you add all of the ingradients? I'm pretty sure you're underestimating what you actually eat... You would be starving with 600 calories a day!

I don't think it's weird, but I'm eating super yummy breakfast for a month... Yogurt with walnuts, honey and cinnamon! It's really filling, I don't feel hungry until lunch... Also I love oats cooked with chocolate soy milk! It becomes like really thick pudding. lol

Nothing wrong with fruits. I eat at least 2-3 servings everyday. Banana, strawberries, apples... I LOVE my fruits.

Honestly, when I crave something sweet, but don't have enough calories I go with diet coke (yes, I know it's really unhealthy), sugar sweet gums, yogurt or banana.

Belvita biscuits and "slow releasing carbs for more energy" is a complete scam. They try to market them for healthy, but they're just ordinary cookies, honestly. For 220 calories of cookies (pack of them) you can eat eggs and turkey breast fillet , makes a great omelette!
