Yeah, I chew a lot of gum during the day. Saves me from mindless snacking, one pack is pretty normal for me :D ... Although, it really did caused me jaw problems...

chobani non-fat plain yogurt or yoplait. You can add cocoa, coconut everything... If I want to mix up things I use some chocolate yogurt and don't add any fruit. It's really yummy!

+ You could try with plain oats? I make mine, overnight. Throw few spoons of oats, plain yogurt in a jar, leave it over night. In the morning add honey, fruit, nuts, raisins... whatever you like. It's super delicious and filling. +Also, on the days with workouts add protein shake or protein bar (have you tried QuestBar?)…

Agree with the chocolate. I still eat those 100gr in one sitting. I just burn them of with exercize or save calories.

Yep, I've been going through this. Used to eat less than 1000 calories, got down to 48kg. which was too low for me and caused me other problems and then went to binge-restriction cycle with made me put another 7-8kg. so I'm trying to lose at least 5 of them... :( Good luck with your journey,

Okay, I will try that - with small goals. Because everyday I'm like "Tomorrow will be better", then I start munching some junky/full of carbs *kitten* and I just lose it. I used to be so better than that and I'm mad at myself- I guess you're right I need to forgive myself first!
