Honestly, "Don't give it up" for me just doesn't work. I can't stop at one cookie. So I cut out everything completely and have cheat day one time a week. Try whatever works for you

Hey, I would like to try
-
Treadmill for home, and a lots of quest bars...
-
Yes, for me too.
-
Everything chocolate-y. I just can't have ONE piece, I always want more...

Great reviews! I love chocolate chip cookie dough, tastes amazing in every possible way - eating it right out of the pack, microwaved, baked. My second favourite is Cookies and Cream! Also if you are following QuestNutrition they have new flavour coming and I'm really excited!
-
Try adding more veggies, and some milk/yogurt, some nuts maybe? You can replace the quest bar or the 2 scoops of protein powder with peanut/almond butter on an apple for example?
-
Sneakers detox, haha!
-
If you're trying to lose weight eat 1/2 of them. If you're maitaining all of them. Or that's at least what I'm doing.
-
Just ate one. Cookies and Cream! YUM. Yes, they're BEYOND amazing.
-
Yogurt with banana, hazelnuts, almonds and dash of cinnamon

Thank you for the support, I will do that. xx

Thank you, this is a list of great advices! I will follow every single one of them! This last month I really have let myself go, but I want to start fresh. I used to have one cheat day where I allowed myself to have sweets, but now is like everyday and I can't seem to stop. My sweet tooth is my weakness. I just can't seem…

Frozen vegetables, egg whites omelette. I don't know if it's filling for you (because it is for me, I have it for dinner almost everything) 4 tbsp of rolled oats and soy milk. It's around 200-ish calories depens if you use flavoured milk (I love chocolate-y) I put it in my microwave, stir from time to time, until it's…

Starting to happen to me, too. Yesterday I realized that I haven't ate meat 3 days in a row. And even if eat it's only small amounts of turkey or chicken. I actually feel a lot better. It bugs me out, though because I've always loved meat.

Nuts, granola bar, water... dark chocolate

Same with me. I just eat small treats everyday
-
I LOL'd so much at this comment. I also noticed "gluten free" on a Ham in the supermarket. It's was hilarious!!!

I just eat something sweet and try to fit it in my calorie goal. I stopped depriving myself from having treats. When I used to do that, I started to binge (I've never had this problem before). So now when I want to eat something sweet, I just make it work. Like today for example - I had a lunch (around 200 calories) and…

I don't think so. Just eat something and don't worry about it.
-
I would eat chocolate... YUM
-
Not a good idea. 1200 is barely the minimum you should consume, let alone 1000 calories.
-
It's not a problem! Eggs have healthy fats and very high on protein! That's why they fuel your body after workout and it's a great way to start your day.
-
BUMP. Anyone, please?
-
BAD IDEA. You will re-gain everything you lose in that week in the moment you start eating normal again.
-
It works for me too with fruits! I'm on team - oranges - All the time! Also chewing sugarless gum, helped me a lot.
