After losing 34kg with MFP, a lot happened, I started working full time, relationship break up, move across the country. You know the usual excuses. I started at 127kg and got down to 93kg. I am now back up to 115.5kg. It's scary how easy it happens when life gets in the way. So I am back with renewed vigor and looking to…

I am a mother to a beautiful boy who turned one year old two weeks ago. I am also stepmum to a nine year old boy. I just turned 30 a couple of weeks ago so if you would like to add me for motivation/support then feel free. I started my journey at 287lb and am now weighing in at 218lb.

You really don't need to eat like a rabbit to lose weight. If you did that would be boring as. Maybe look into recipes of healthy nutritous food that taste good and find and exercise that you love doing. You can do it! Add me if you need someone to support you.

Wow amazing job! Like the other ladies have stated very good looking lol. Have you ever thought of becoming a model, you would think those pictures are from magazines.

Thank you for that. I too am going through a plateau and feeling a bit down so the wall comment about it being one sided helped spur me on.

I think everyone is entitled to share their success stories. If you don't agree with what one person does then don't comment. No need for silly arguments to start. As for the topic at hand I do the exact same thing. I am never hungry and I can still enjoy the odd treat if I so choose. Keep up the good work! I've been doing…

I'm a 1200 cal girl too, feel free to add me if you need support and motivation. I'm pretty sure my diary and exercise logs are open for viewing too.

Depends on what you eat I guess, you should be aiming to get all your vitamins and minerals etc. They did a study on people what ate low calorie like that and that was fine. Mine is 1200 too and I find it very sustainable, I'm never hungry and I even allow myself treats. Good luck :-).
-
Good on you! Just take it a day at a time. It doesn't happen over night but it does happen. I started the journey heavy too at 287lb, now I'm weighing in at 227lb :-). Good luck on your journey, if you need someone to talk to I am always here.
