Thanks everyone for your advice and thoughts! I'm pretty comfortable where i am for now so will try and maintain it. I have a very thin line between good and bad mental health so sometimes thats half the battle!

I've got around 600 cals left for lunch, and am meant to be going to the gym. Cannot be a**ed though honestly. Feel the flu coming on ... :(

I'm not exactly an expert (my scales didn't move for nearly 4 months!) but I've found weight and strength training to be the key. Plus you have to remember your weight loss will slow down DRAMATICALLY once you've started to lose weight. If you can get to a gym I'd say go along and work on some basic core, arms and legs for…

Kinda strange, but when I'm on the elipitical I always pretend I'm teaching a class! In my head I welcome any new gym buddies etc and then start the 'class'. I yell at them to stay motivated and talk to them about the music etc. It's really weird but keeps me having fun!

My stress for other things is through the roof to be honest. My job is a nightmare for my stress, and on top of that this is my last year in London (I'm from NZ) so I'm trying to do a lot of things (lots of trips away etc)
