Cous Cous???
I have somehow ended up with nearly a KG of cous cous in my cupboard! While I love it I really struggle to add flavour to it. Anyone got any quick/cheap recipes to liven up plain cous cous?

So Proud of Myself!
I'm feeling very happy today. The last few days at work we've had a packet of Thortons Caramel Shortcakes and TWO packets of doughnuts. Proud to say I did not have a single bite!! This is a VERY big deal for me as temptation is my hardest obstacle. I think I'm getting it now though!! So happy :D

Fruit sugar??
Hi Everyone I'm a little confused about something. I LOVE fruit, and i like to eat a lot of it! It's the thing that usually tips me over my sugar intake. A few weeks ago though I read fruit sugar 'doesn't count?' What are peoples opinions on this? Can I eat heaps of fruit without worrying about the sugar?
