hows your day goin?

so far ive miscalulated my calories and only have enough for homemade soup for dinner then i'll have to burn around 150 cal on top of my 240 daily burn! oops!!

    I've got around 600 cals left for lunch, and am meant to be going to the gym. Cannot be a**ed though honestly. Feel the flu coming on ... :(

    I'm doing fine calorie and macro wise- all greens.

    However, I ran out of my favorite desk snack, just realized I'm wearing navy pants not black pants, and my once even bun is now drooping a little on my left.
