How do you make it until 4 or 5 before eating? I would be moody, have a headache and be soooo hungry!

This thread is making me want a big fat burger! I usually don't eat McDonalds but I will occationally. Last time I went I got their racnch chicken wrap...it had lots of veggies including cucumbers...it tasted really fresh!

Lean cusines or pre-made salads. I try to get a few a week for days I don't want to cook. Or leftovers. We always seem to have some type I can just pop in the microwave.

That's what I have heard.

I never realized the calories could be off. I'm glad I read this!

You food sounds delicious.....especially your dinners

Drinking a ton of water. Eating a lot of protein and fiber. Filling up on veggies. After a week or so your body gets used to it because your stomach shrinks. Well for me it does. I measure and weigh everything. My fiance thinks I'm nuts,lol... but you don't realize how much a serving is or the amount you really should eat…

How do you feel on your fasting days? Are you starving or feel dizzy or does your body get used to it? I feel like I would be so hungry on those days. I try to do 1200 everyday now but maybe adding in the 2 fasting days would get me better results...

How did you do it? Are you just counting calories or doing low carb or low fat? If I could lose 6 pounds (even if water weight) in a week I would be thrilled  Great job!!

Same here. Sounds like a few of us are getting back on track! We have to do this

I made my first cauliflower pizza crust last week and it was pretty dang good! I've also made cauliflower mashed potaoes to top my shepherds pie and my 8 year old son and also my fiance had NO clue! lol I love it!

I use light tasting olive oil and my small food processor. The trick is to slowly drizzle in the oil. I've never heard of using tallow or bacon grease. My recipe has and egg, lemon juice, light olive oil, salt and dry mustard. I love it...but might try avocado oil next time just to see how it tastes.

I use measuring spoons to measure mine.

I have done the same. Gave up. Life was stressful. I didn't care. I drank too much. I hate pizza and take out wayyyy too much. I stopped exercising. I gained all I had worked so hard to lose back in a matter of a few months. I am determined not to go back a again once I lose it. I let life and little things get to me. You…

Mine did when I lost about 25 pounds a year and a half ago...also I lose my booty, lol I have since gained it back  This time around I am doing more squats to hopefully prevent at least the booty loss. Not sure if you can do anything about the ta-ta's but I'd rather be thinner and have smaller ones than be…

For the longest time I said I don't have time to get in exercise. But really I can fit it in. I got membership at the YMCA, I take my son with me. I will take a bike ride or walk and he goes with me. Some days he is with friends and I get to go alone. I thought working full time, having my son, his sports, homework, fiance,…

I am officially back on day 5 now. It has been hard but I am sticking with it this time. And it's so true the more you know you are trying not to eat so much and stick to it the harder it is! But i have added exercising back in everyday this week so far and I am really sore! Can't wait to start to see results. The first…

You can look on the Fitbit Website but I don't know that any of them are waterproof or count heartrate. But I am not positive. I have a Fitbit One and I love it. Just knowing my steps, stairs and miles I've walked gets me moving

I just joined my local YMCA this week. I am 33 and about 25-30 pounds overweight. Eating good and counting calories hasn't been extremly hard for me but getting back to working out has. I took my first spinning class last night! Now if I can keep up with cutting calories and going to workout I'll be where I need to!

Yes....I am in the same place as you. Lost a lot...felt great and a year later have gained it all back. Trying to not be discouraged and keep going. We can do this!
-
It is great....once you get through about the first week!

I am going to start agian tonight. I was doing it awhile back when I lost over 20 pounds....then gained it back :-( Did it once last week and really had a hard time but I know if I keep doing it it will get easier. Do you do it every single day? I was so sore last week I don't know if I could have done it days in a row.…

I can't stick either! I have been trying to get back on track for like a month! My profile pic is me at my smallest and I have gained all my weight back...about 25 pounds. I am so depressed and mad and sad and stressed and have so much going on in my life.....I cannot get back on the wagon.

I also started on June 1st! So far so good....I had one slice of thin crust pizza Saturday butttt it had spinach, onion and tomatoes, lol My only cheat since I started. I love this better than anything I have done....I feel really healthy. it helps when you enjoy fresh veggies, lean meats and healthy fats (avocado...YUM)

I didn't say I could feel my body processing sugar differently. I said I feel better when I don't eat foods with added sugar and processed foods. It's just my choice. I don't think fiber doesn't make sugar in fruit not sugar but it isn't a refined, processed sugar. I've never really craved sugar anyway as it was not a part…

Wow...people are so quick to jump on you if they don't agree. I was only stating what I believe and how I feel! But this is what I think about the difference if you must know: Fruit contains many benefits compared to refined sugar. Besides being rich in antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals, fruit is an…

I eat fruit....in moderation. I don't eat food with ADDED sugar.
