These are great as I have just started a few days ago! I am waiting for the 'crappy" feeling to set in...so far on day 3 I feel ok. A little tired and irritable but not sick feeling. Like the "Keto Flu" I keep reading about....I haven't felt that yet. I might turn into a b!+ch over the weekend though, lol

OP....I think you did awesome! Hubby and I might have a date night tonight and I am mentally preparing myself to stick to LC! I know it's very possible at many different restaurants so I think I'll be ok. That or we will have "date night" in and cook steaks on the grill at home :smile:

I have just re-started low carb. I did it years ago but I know I didn't follow it properly. What is the reason for needing so much sodium? I currently take magnesium, b-12, biotin, iron (which I probably won't need anymore eating so much meat) and will be adding potasium.

Yes....I found one at Wal-Mart. Hormel has a few different meats with no nitrates or hormones added.

Haha.....I do this. I went shopping and pointed out to my husband what was only MINE! Yea...if he wants to eat healthy with me he can have it but until then...hands off! lol I just bought this butter yesterday. I have yet to try it in my coffee yet. It kind of freaks me out...do you use sweetener as well?

I was taking a woman's multivitamin but it made me feel so sick....even when I took it with food. So now I take separatley...B-12, Iron, Magnezium, Biotin, Calcium, DHA plus 3 precriptions... I might try another brand multivitamin because taking all these are a pain! I like the idea of the prenatals. Maybe I'll try those.…
