It's probably like one of those wrap things people sell at parties...I think it's called "It Works"... this sounds like a homemade one. You lose inches but only temporarily.

Same as a lot of you....a customer asked if I was sick, my MIL and Hubby's grandma said I was losing too much I had "nothing" anymore. Whatever "nothing" means....smaller booty and boobs I guess. And I had only lost about 25 pounds. Gained it back but now am down another 8 pounds since re-starting :smile:

This is exactly my fiance and I. And we have 2 young boys so there are treats and snacks in our house too. I just try to have willpower and not eat them. I didn't realize other countries besides the US don't have or really like peanut butter! I ate a ton of it when I was a kid...so much that I don't really care for it now as an adult. I do like peanut butter flavored desserts or candy...like Reece cups, yum! But just peanut butter on a sandwich or on celery or apples...eh…

I am in the same boat. Just trying to stay focused. I lost 25-30 last year and gained it ALL back. And the 2nd time is much harder. But I won't give up. I just look at my pictures and clothes I bought when I lost it all and it keeps me trying! You can do this too!

Yes.....I buy the 100 calorie Muscle Milk protein powder. With 30 calorie un-sweet almond milk and ice...it's only 130 calories. And tastes pretty darn yummy!

Were you also watching your calories? I have always found it hard to eat low carb but stay under my calories because a lot of low carb food have more. Maybe I just never found the right balance.

Yes I also buy the sandwich and bagel thins and also the Joseph pitas! And the Ezekiel sprout bread is good too! Sometimes I eat regular bread but not often. Helps me stay in my calories.

If you eat clean...I would find a group. They can give you a lot of ideas. A lot of people here will tell you to eat what you want but less. It's totally up to you. But like I said if you WANT to eat clean...search the groups...good luck :smile:

I don't have a coach,take supplements,weight loss pills, waste money on diet shakes. I do however pay a small fee to be a member of the YMCA. I love the spin class and the weight machines.

I don't think we have one in my area. I have seen them in the frozen section of the grocery store. haven't tried them yet though. I do however LOVE PF Chang's. But yes as a few stated Chinese/Asian foods tends to be high in sodium so I try to make my own at home :smile:
