if you are exercise DO NOT cut your calories please, itll only hurt you, if you arent losing weight we need to look at a few things first. 1 what do your macros look like ie your fat, carbs, and protein. Then are you exercising? if not start doing some form of exercise 4-6 days a week. if neither of those work we actually…

If you have a short chin it will most likely stay that way, if not you will have to be patient and it will go away with the weight loss, you cannot stop burn fat. I always joke that when my clients lose weight they grow necks, itll come just be patient

I went through the same thing! Im 19 and was able to lose that 15 earlier this year. I am a full time college student with 2 jobs so I know how hard it can be to find time to workout, thats why I workout at home, saves a ton. I would love to help you hit your goals and get back to where you want.

Just eat at a small deficit and lower your carbs a bit and thatll do the trick! Id be happy to help with the details if you want, I just need some stats first

1600-1700 is perfect! just remember you wont be eating back your exercise calories. Great job on the strength training! that is great. Also be sure to monitor your macro ratios, you should get about 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight, so 199g. And only 20% fat

Hey man you are going to need to increase your calories not decrease. Try increasing to 2000 and watch the pounds fall off, it works every time buddy. That is how I lost my last 10 lbs and how all my mentees lost their last 10. if you have any more questions message me

yeah actually brewed tea is 0calories if you dont add anything. nothing to worry about
-
by adding 1200 calories your body should be well adjusted to that limit in about 3-4 weeks, after that go ahead and add another 100-200, your might gain some weight but no more then 5lbs total. it will mostly be water retention and the actual weight of the food you are consuming. basically we want you to lose weight at the…

Ok if those are your current pictures I would guess you are around 10-12% but you should probably buy a cheap pair of calipers, they are only like $8 on amazon. It depends on your preference on when to stop cutting and start bulking but I would personally start reverse dieting if I were you, you wont gain much weight in…

I stay motivated by trying to help others and constantly setting new goals, when I reached my goal weight I decided to gain muscle mass and set other fitness goals. i am also part of a facebook motivation group that helps a ton as well

Typically yes it does but those digestion issues are quite common when you eat that much sugar and oily foods when your body is no longer used to eating that way
-
The "rash" is most likely a reaction to one of your supplements and is completely normal is you are taking things like glutamine and preworkouts. I sounds like you are doing amazing but I would suggest to increase your carbs to about 100, that will allow better workout performance and more energy throughout the day. You…

you can view mine as well, I eat a ton but you can always decrease the serving size

I take probiotics in my protein shake daily as well as greek yogurt for an added boost. I love what they do for me, a huge improvement in my GI as well as improvement of my allergies. I havent been sick since ive started them either

You really dont need to distinguish the 2. Your body will digest them the same so if you do want to limit your sugar intake just pay attention to total sugar

Ok youve asked alot of questions here so Ill try to answer every one, my apologies if I miss a few. First off, that is great you are getting back into this and it is a great way to spend the extra time you have. First thing you want to do is set your calorie goal to 1600 total, you are not eating back exercise calories.…

Seems very restrictive diet, I would suggest something easier to live with since you will be eating this way for awhile, I can help if youd like
-
For the best results you should pick one goal hit that then go for the other goal. Personally I prefer to lose weight before gaining muscle because it is a more noticeable difference. To do that I would recommend a calorie goal of 1600 and macros of 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat
-
Warrior guy, You are going to need to reverse diet. What has happened is you have damaged you metabolism and you need to repair it, think of it as a muscle. So you will have to slowly increase your calories over time. You will gain some weight but no more than 5lbs and it will mostly be from water retention and food…

1600 calories is enough to lose weight on. But 2% carbs is ridiculous. That is way too restrictive. You have to remember this is not a diet, diets dont last. If you want to lose weight and keep it off you have to choose a meal plan you can stick with. Try 30% carbs and 50% fat and that is plenty of carb restriction.
-
Your diet matters too but alot of people dont see results until week 3 or so, Keep pushing play and I can help you with your diet
-
Just weigh them before you cook them and the juices will be account for with the beef
-
I would switch the time lenghts you arre currently doing, I would suggest 15-20 minutes cardio and 40 minutes of free weights. do not change your diet though stay on a fat loss diet
-
I would really suggest staying away from the machines in general, They arent very good for getting in shape free weights are MUCH more effective. But like stated above you will not get big if you are eating at a deficit. But if you are 6ft 170 you shouldnt have that much to lose.(those are my current stats)

My dentist told me the same thing about a month ago. He said it was both because I eat more frequently (every 2 hours) and because I eat foods that commonly stick to your teeth like protein shakes and sweet potatoes and to just rinse with water after every meal

For most women 1600 calories is a good healthy level to start at for weight loss. Do that and you will level out to about 1-2lbs per week. The first 1 or 2 weeks you might lose more.
-
1600 calories is a great calorie limit for a woman. Stick with that and do not eat back your exercise calories and you will start losing at a healthy rate. So just eat the 1600 per day.
-
It mostly depends on your goals, build muscle 50% carbs 30% protein 20% fat maintain weight 40% carbs 40% protein 20% fat lose weight 50% protein 30% carbs 20% fat. But I do have to say that calories are extremely important. While the nutrients matter tremendously the bottom line is if you eat a surplus of calories youll…

You can lose 30lbs in 3 months pretty easily but you have to be careful not to do the extreme diet and too much exercise. Start with 1600 calories and try to workout 30 minutes a day for 5-6 days a week. You have to be consistent to acheive your goals
