I love plain old Vinegar and Olive Oil. 120 calories for 2 tsps is a lot but not when you're eating good at all meals. Sometimes I only put in Vinegar which is 4 calories for 2 tsps lol.

I eat a Lindt teddy for 55 calories a day with tea for my sweet tooth after dinner lol stops me from grabbing a twix bar PLUS some other chocolate every week when i go shopping..and gosh only going over that much is nothing, you'd probably be eating maintenance.

Walking is a good exercise to start with, asking a friend to walk with you or walking a dog. I try to aim for an hour walk a day or use my Wii fit. I don't weight protein and guess it instead, protein won't make you fat so I don't really care how much of it I eat.

I plan to have mcdonalds tonight, I won't be in a deficit.. it will be maintenance which I'm so looking forward to, I've always rushed weightloss and it's caused me to binge, but not this time. I wouldn't worry so much, eat those foods occasionally.

Oh boy I'm a craver and so is my mother and grandmother lol I find skipping breakfast and fasting till noon or going low carb is the only way to stop me from craving. Breakfast just makes me starving all day! It depends on your body, it took me a while of testing a few diets to find what worked for me.

If I switch my diet too dramatically I get like that but after a few days it adjusts. I stopped having breakfast and coffee in the morning and felt like that for 3 days but now I'm fine and loving my new way of eating. Low carb also does it but it still goes away after a few days once your body adjusts.

I USED to have cheat days (Resulted in me binging since I cut out so much), now I just have 2 meals a day of whatever I want and fit it in my 1200 calories goal.

For me I was in a habit and my mild OCDness makes it worse so it's hard to break. I would binge on Dominos every weekend and if I didn't buy it even when I didn't feel like it as much as usual and mum cooked something nice I still had to get it. Yep, you can set how many carbs you want to have a day by going to home > goals > change goals and lower your carb. Goodluck on carb, it worked for me for a while and I didn't yoyo but I couldn't maintain it for life so now I'm just doing calories instead to lose the rest of the weight. :)

I like to weigh daily so my reading is more accurate overall cause I'd hate to weigh myself on a day I'm bloated for whatever reason and wonder what I did wrong all week when actually I could of lost some. Low carb I saw a loss daily and that definitely encourages me to keep going.

I found weight watchers hot chocolate the other day lol only bout 35 calories if you just add hot water. Keeps my chocolate cravings away. :expressionless:

I logged the extra I went over - but not on the day I done it, instead I added it to the next day so I had to be extra careful of what I ate. So overall in 2 days I was still under my calorie goal. Hope that makes sense. :P

Not bad :) I'd probably go a light mayo, diet coke. Not sure what those hamburger makers are like though but I'd probably swap that for something like grilled chicken breast with veggies/salad/baked sweet potato.
