I'm 93kg and want to get to 60kg, lowest I've been is 70kg a couple of years ago but bad habits come back so easily. It does get so tough, the amount of times we can go up and down..I just keep trying, better than not trying..I guess. I've got youfoodz planned for this week.

Confession...I eat under 800 calories a day usually to lose weight. :hushed:
-
Scrambled eggs with unsweetened almond milk instead of milk
-
Could try spicy foods and green tea.

I don't reach 5k steps a day unless I log an exercise so mines set to sedentary and I dont get given any calories extra since my exercise logged already does it. I'm hoping this is how it works otherwise I got no idea lol.

I saw this on spark people, dunno how accurate it is though. Pedometer Steps Classifications Sedentary: less than 5,000 steps per day Low Active: .5,000-7,499 steps per day Somewhat Active: 7,500-9,999 steps per day Active: 10,000-12,500 steps per day Highly Active: 12,501+ steps per day Maybe since you should be set to…

Do you have goals set to sedentary? I got a fitbit recently and still trying to work it out :/ it only calculated I burnt my BMR that day..
-
If I don't eat a heavy dinner I'm very restless at night, but also thinking so much about losing weight all day can cause me to be so restless. Stress :/ I'm just trying to relax myself now about all this weight loss stuff.

Some food set sugar cravings off for me like bread.
-
Oh it is tablespoon not teaspoon LOL maybe I've been over calcing it. Well yay.
-
Yeah oil is risky lol when I typed olive oil into MFP search though it did come up as 120 calories a tsp o:
-
Add me peoplessssssssssss, going to buy a fitbit zip this afternoon :D going to be interesting to see what my steps are per day.
-
Wow respect, amazing.
-
I was actually just trying to look this up myself. I'd also like to know.
-
This is actually..a really awesome idea lol

You can lose weight eating breakfast, but it means you may need to re-evaluate the rest of your days meals to fit it into your calorie goals. :)
-
Could do hours, or meal 1, meal 2, meal 3 (10pm-12am) or something like that.
-
I would personally just log everything you eat that day, no matter your schedule. If you eat between 10pm-12am then log it for that day but anything after 12am can be for the next day. Might get confusing otherwise. Especially if you're eating during the other hours.

I replace sugar or atleast half the sugar with natvia/stevia sugar
-
Sometimes I wonder if my calves are bigger because of my restless leg syndrome I get while sitting at my desk all day lol

I don't weigh actually, been looking for a scale..store was out of stock but I'm planning on getting one most of the food I eat has the weight on the packet even chicken breasts I buy so never bothered with scales and veggies I get steam bag ones so Im not sure what I'll even weigh o.o Slowly making an effort to move more…

Oh I guess I didn't understand the term BMR properly, thanks everyone lol. 0.5kg is my aim but 1kg is nice too :P I did try once in the past for a few weeks to eat 1500 but didn't lose anything I think I actually put on weight, but a lot of foods make me bloated and nauseous so it's hard for me to tell sometimes. So…
-
I just don't get how it says I need 1493 to survive yet 791 to lose 1kg
-
Oh oops thanks lol I hope to lose 13kg before October since I want to go to England (‘-’*) so that's about 0.5kg a week. I have lost 10kg already but I did that without knowing nutrition and ate under 800 calories until my iron crashed along with my energy and had no idea why lol
-
Only reason I gave up diet soda was because it made me depressed/bloated for some reason, yet I loved it so now I have it once a week instead of every day. Lol.
-
Steviaaaaaaaaa / natvia is really good. Natural plant that has sweet leaves yet no calories.
-
Protein bars maybe?
-
Im like that, always have been but I've stopped having those foods in my house but for you it may be harder as you have 4 kids. Maybe trying to have a more filling dinner with lots of protein and veggies to help sway cravings, I find the less sweets I eat over time the easier it is to resist it since the more of it you eat…

I have foods logged for a few days ahead and check it every morning and night and kind of all day so I guess it's easy to see what I need to bring or grab with me.

A Light French dressing might be alright too
