i wondered this as well. im assuming that since it tacks them back on to your daily allowance that yours suppose to eat them, so i dont record when i workout cuz i feel like i should only eat the 1200 to lose... but im not an expert haha

i feel the same way. i get so much grief at work for eating right... i think others secretly want to set you up for failure because of jealousy. they wish they could be as dedicated to health as you are being.

i really dont think it has anything to do with smoking weed. the post was more of a joke on munchies and losing weight... i just like chocolate and milk....

ive never slept through an entire night a day in my life. and weed has different effects for different people. it actually does help me go to sleep. ide rather smoke a bowl then down a pill made in a lab.

thats my problem. i know if i dont keep it up and keep going ill quit all together and its so much harder to jump back on the bandwagon

i feeel horribly guilty when i dont go workout. the past week and 1/2 i have been terrible about going ot the gym, ive only worked out maybe 3 times. even though its only been about a week i feel like im starting all over again. ugh.
