food and drugs
so i usally use a little herbal meds to help me sleep. i often find myself waking up in the middle of the night to eat something chocolate and chug a bunch of milk. p.s. by herbla meds i mean weed. haha anyone else wake up in the middle of the night to binge out of sweets and milk?

kettlebells?
i do a kettlebell workout i got from self magazine. i really like it but it says im burning like 300 cal in 20 min.. am i actually burning that much? im confused. its a good workout eitherway but i want to be able to log it in my exercises.
