hello Im jessie, starting the first of the year i really got into making myself healthier, at least trying to... not as a new years resolution, i dont really believe in that. but just because i felt like complete crap and it was time to change.. ive posted a blog about some supplements a things im doing ill probably post more about my workouts because im terrible at using the food and exercise tracker. havent really gotten the hang of it yet.
i also need tons of motivation if any of you have some for me because im just lazy.
