I live in Bahrain & I do have classes for 8.5 hours straight except an hour for lunch lol... It looks like you're calling me a liar? And i did say that I studay daily i'm a pre-med and our curriculum is very difficult :) anyhow thanks for all the suggestions you've made.. You didn't have to be so rude though :)

If i stick to 1200 calories without working out i'd still lose weight it's just difficult to eat less than 1400-1500 when you're stressed about school & aren't getting enough sleep! :( But i'll try working out more during the weekend!! Thanks :)

Aerobics! And I can't read & walk on the treadmill no matter how slow i'm going! I'll try walking around my neighborhood lol ! Yes they are back to back :( except a day or two.. I'll work on all the other tips you suggested! Thank you!!

are 10-15 reps x2-3 sets okay? Or is it still too much? Cause i've heard the more the reps the more you lose weight.. if you lift heavier and do less reps you'll just gain muscle! I'm not sure cause i'm new to this! And thank you for informing me i'll increase it to 3 lbs or so :)!

Can i substitute my 10-15 minute cardio on the stairs for 25-45 minutes of walking? 3mph? :)

Thank you so much!!!! Do you think i'll suffer from loose skin if i do this the healthy & slow way? I don't mind a little loose skin I already have some.. but not the point that i can't wear shorts cause it looks disgusting :(

I can go higher than 1 but I can't do many reps carrying them!! How many minutes of cardio and reps of strength should I be adding each day/week? If i'm currently doing 15 minutes of cardio & 15 x3 of strength?

Can i expect to lose 2 lbs a week by doing this? Or i won't till i start working out more? Can i alternate between either going up& down the stairs 10-15 minutes with walking on 3mp/3.5mph for half an hour?

oh my god thank you so much for writing down all of that!! :D I don't actually LOVE them there are a lot of other snacks that I wold rather eat but theyre low in calories and theyre easy to snack on in university! do u have ideas on what can i pack to college that would be tasty and clean? 300-400 calories? :D

I already have saggy areas from losing\gaining weight a lot so i don't know if those will tighten up that's why i'm scared of more sagging! I want to lose about 65-70 and i'm 19 :)

maybe your largest area is yor butt\thighs? mine is my stomach\thighs\arms i have NO butt and its square lol sad :( they say you lose the most wherever you have fat the most so i dont know :O if u have additional tips let me know please :)
