My classes start at 8 and end at 4:30 everyday & I wake up around 6 to shower, make breakfast & drive to my college.. I reach home at 5-5:20 & I usually sleep between 11-1.. So I just started working out and walking on 3 mph for more than 5-10 minutes kills me! So I have to sit/stretch for 3-6 minutes and get back on until i complete 30-40 minutes.. Is this ok? Is this a good workout routine?(fat loss must lose 80lbs)
