So I just started working out and walking on 3 mph for more than 5-10 minutes kills me! So I have to sit/stretch for 3-6 minutes and get back on until i complete 30-40 minutes.. Is this ok? Or will i not get the same benefits/caloric burn as someone who does it without having all the breaks? Also my treadmill says that i've burnt 400 calories in 40 minutes on 3 mph.. But myfitnesspal says that it's 208? I'm 208 lbs 5"1 female. Which is more accurate? Thank you
xo

yep. you gotta start somewhere. eventually you'll get to the point where you'll have to stop less and then not at all.
and you're probably going to be closer to the MFP numbers but both MFP and machines give fairly high calorie burns0 -
